A. Difficulties:
(1) The financial allocations are not enough to fulfill the requirements of the General Directorate of Civil Defense.
B. Proposed solutions:
(1) Search for financial aid and grants through the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, and increasing financial allocations.
C. Aspirations:
(1) upgrading the level of performance to the limit and overcome the difficulties mentioned above.
(2) Link the department with the departments. Through a computer net , such as warehouses department and operations department, and concerns.
