Study and engineering schemes Approval:
Requirements study of Engineering plan.

1. Submit your request for studying the firefighting system plans in the reception department and having a date for the study.
2. The plans introduced to the study from the engineering office or an approving company at the civil defence in a field must have fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
3. The consultation of the responsibility engineer completes (an architectural, Mechanical, electricity) according to plan the form and disagree that the refusal of the study request which takes place.
4. The requirements related to the study of the architectural plans.

1. General Architecture requirements:
   • Indication all information about the facility , owner, site and the address (The number of piece and numbered the basin).
   • Indication all areas for all occupations and floors in the table area.
   • An appropriate scale (1-100 or 1-200) only.
   • Describing the nature of the occupation on each floor and each region in the drawing "plan for each floor"
   • Statement by the quality of material involves in construction, separation and criterion resistance to fire and heat.
   • All scheme faces of the building and profiles, with tables and floors which are surrounded by streets .
   • The detailed passages of the building, which built in the following:
     • High Floors .
     • Fall ceilings.
     • Beams and ribs
     • Architecture movements in ceilin.
     • Form and height of the roof.
     • Interior cutting.
   • providing a book from the owner occupancy with respect to storage, which indicates in the followings:
     • Storage Works area.
     • The nature of the stored materials and packaging.
     • Storage (store a way).
     • Maximum High storage and ceiling height.
   
   Note: credentials to certify by a bank to prove the validity of owner signature if header did not seal or there is no company logo / owner.
   
2. Special architectural requirements:
   • Indication all the information about the facility and the owner.
   • Indication all areas separately for all works and floors in a separate table spaces.
   • Indication parts of the building varied by the surrounding streets.
   • An appropriate scale (1-100 or 1-200) only.
   • Describing the nature of the occupancy and areas on each floor .
   • State the quality of the material used in constructions.
